Conference fee includes the EMAC Membership fee for 2023 (€125).

Delegates who have already paid the 2023 membership fee either individually or at the EMAC 2022 Annual Conference will not be charged for the membership. Do not register and contact emac2022regional@ktu.edu for your registration.

The Conference registration fee includes:

• Welcome Reception on September 21, 2022
• Admittance to all scientific sessions of the Conference
• Conference documentation
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee breaks and lunches during the Conference
• Gala Dinner on September 22, 2022

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

• Welcome Reception on September 21, 2022
• Gala Dinner on September 22, 2022

The Pre-conference 3rd Early-Stage Researcher Symposium is part of the Conference and thus is free for conference delegates. If you do not attend the Conference, the following fees apply:

If you only attend the pre-conference 3rd Early-Stage Researcher Symposium, the fee includes:

• Admittance to all the 3rd Early-Stage Researcher Symposium sessions (on September 21, 2022)
• Coffee breaks during the 3rd Early-Stage Researcher Symposium (on September 21, 2022)
• Welcome Reception on September 21, 2022

• Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Conference organisers by e-mail: emac2022regional@ktu.edu.
• Cancellation of registration received after June 30, 2022 will be refunded, less an administration fee of EUR 150 (in the case of accompanying person – EUR 20).
• After August 8, 2022 (early bird) no refund of registration fee will be granted.
• Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend will not be refunded.
• The substitution of an alternative delegate (one of your co-author only) is acceptable until early bird date.
