Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

The conference takes place in a live version – at KTU Santaka Valley, Barsausko st. 59, Kaunas, Lithuania.

  • The time of the presentation should be a maximum of 15 minutes long. After the presentation, there will be 5-10 minutes for questions and discussion.
  • The format of the presentation must be supplied in PowerPoint (PC/Mac).
  • The presentation structure should follow the paper’s structure by including an introduction, methodology, results, and conclusions.

At the conference venue, the organizer provides a computer for a presentation in PowerPoint or pdf, so you can just bring the presentation on a portable storage device (like a USB stick or a pen – drive); we also recommend saving your presentation on a cloud drive.

Posters

You can bring your printed poster or print it in Kaunas. You have two options if you decide to have the poster printed in Kaunas. We are grateful to KTU Publishing House “Technologija” for agreeing to print posters for free for conference attendees.

We would like you to review the poster guidelines and procedure to ensure the process runs smoothly. The poster layout should be sent to Agne Gadeikiene (agne.gadeikiene@ktu.lt). Please adhere to the deadline. More information on the posters guidelines and printing options can be found here:
